Flavor
When I saw this week's topic, the first things I thought of were those slurpee/slushy drinks that come in so many flavors. So I decided to try to create a slushy dispenser bar in outer space. The blue woman and her pet (from my Night submission) return as slurpee bar patrons.
Acrylic and ink on 8 by 10 in board.

Your palette is awesome.

I love the colours you use in all the illos on here. There is a theme running through them all that connects them, yet each is still so different. What medium are you using?
this is the slurpee bar of my dreams! And you get to smoke ciggies there too! this is a wonderful place you have created here! with your signature colours it can't go wrong!
Great idea. I love your work, the colours and how you get it down on paper.
Happy New Year and hope to see more of your nice art!
Blue woman and her pet make super fine slurpee bar patrons! Can imagine the flavours sweep you away!

Excellent--my childhood dream!
As someone said in the above comments: awesome colors. You've taken the topic to bold new reaches. Whoa. And is that an aardvark sitting there? The annual bath for the zebra in the next previous post is inspired. It's all we can do to get ours to let us hose him down.
i love slush puppies/slurpees/whatever you may call them.
the recurring characters is a great idea. hooray!
Brilliant, surreal, beautiful.............where's the penguin?
The colors on this are rich and gorgeous!

I like this stylised piece. I could see it as a poster somewhere. The use of colours, the composition, the subject. Splendid!
